
My posts over the last few weeks have centered around the theme of getting rid of the distractions in our lives so that we can give more focus, both in quantity and quality, to the things that enrich our lives. In the last two posts, found here and here, I’ve used Cal Newport’s best-selling book, Deep Work, to present the argument that removing distraction and engaging in deeper concentration leads to a more meaningful and content life and to provide some strategies on how to accomplish that goal.
